This CD is definitely contemporary Gospel.

It has a very modern feel. There is a lot of upbeat music with a positive message to be had here.
It's All God was recorded live so you can feel the energy of the crowd. There are other live tracks as well.

For me, the highlights are:

Before I Die - Kirk Franklin - nice Go Go Beat, reminded me of when I lived in D.C.
Walking - Mary Mary -- MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE
Back To You - Dorinda Clark Cole
Sweeter - Kim Burell
Speechless - Anita Wilson
It's All God - The Soul Seekers featuring Marvin Winans
He Has Hands on You - Marvin Sapp
Make Me New by the Together We Stand Community Choir featuring Mali (has a John Legend feel to it)
Let The Church Say Amen - Andraé Crouch
I Choose To Worship - Wess Morgan

I loved 2011's list of Songs. Even though not all of them were here, 2011 was a good year for Gospel artists. Kirk returned, Mary mary returned, Donald Lawrence did too! and dont even get me STARTED with John P. Kee showing up on here again, i missed him! Loved new artist like Wess Morgan and Vashawn Mitchlle, and so many more. Truly a blessing, keep up the good work. And ONE last thing--

Kirk Franklin's "Before I die?" I LOVE this song...but "I Smile" was played WAAAY more than this song. Same goes for DOnald Lawrences' "Spritual." And Forever Jones' " He wants it all"....That is all. :)
