Album Description
With this record, Aventura has once again “taken it up a notch.” This record includes performances by Akon, Ludacris, Wyclef Jean, Wisin & Yandel and Arturo Sandoval. “Gracias” features the performances of the virtuoso accordion player Geovanny Polanco – a star in Perico Ripiao – and affirmation of the Dominican roots shared by the members of the band. There are songs with influences of Bollywood, R & B, Reggaeton, Rock and Trio music – all mixed up and fused in Aventura’s innovative style – the sound which has captivated audiences world wide. There are love songs, songs about heartbreak, social commentary – a little of everything – all communicated through Romeo’s magical lyrics. There is also a song written and performed by Henry entitled “Princesita.”

Summary: Excelentes Canciones... 2010-01-22
Comment: Puedo decir que yo nunca he sido amante de la bachata. Prefiero las baladas y los boleros. Por otro lado, mi hermana es una aficionada a la bachata. Fue en su carro, en un largo viaje de Nueva York a Virginia cuando escuche las canciones de Aventura. Fue entonces cuando me enamore de las canciones. Este grupo es diferente de los demás bachataros. Tienen un rítmo contagioso que pocos tienen, este elemento más las letras tan románticas hacen tatarear a cualquiera. Mi hermana luego me regalo el CD estas pasadas navidades y desde entonces ese CD no ha salido de mi carro.

Comment: My mother was very excited to receive this Christmas Day. I couldn't find it at any of our local stores. She played it after we all opened our gifts. I was glad to be able to put a smile on my mothers face since she is a difficult person to shop for. Thanks Amazon!!

Summary: The Last= The Best 2009-12-15
Comment: First of all i'd like to say that I own every album Aventura has released. I absolutely love these guys. I personally think this album is the best. Not only have they grown as musicians, Romeo personally has grown with his lyrics. He was always good, great, the best even. But his lyrics took this album to another level. Lenny ofcourse was genuis on the guitar as always (Just listen to Su Veneno and Dile Al Amor and you'll see). Por Un Segundo was out of this world. But I enjoyed all of the songs. The song "Su Vida" with the Rock inspiration is ofcourse from Mikey, I think he really shined in that song. But really the whole album is absolutely awesome. Henry in my opinion should get more then one song per album, but I am happy with what we get. He sounded great in Princesita. If I tried to name my favorites i'd name the whole C.D. It is a MUST have. Hopefully (and I don't think it will be) this isn't their last album.

Comment: aventura are the greatest ever! I love this new album and the skit in it is so funny! I bought front row seats to their concert for The Last tour, they are THAT good.
