Here is a review of each of the 80 plus songs on this State of Trance Yearmix 2010. Just kidding. I gotta feel blessed for my buying this on a whim. I purchased this CD set because I thought it was the new State of Trance. Oops I already own State of Trance 2010. I really wasn't aware that Van Buuren also puts out a special Yearmix Edition each year separate from the State of Trance series. I honestly, gotta admit had I known this I would not have even given this CD a change. HOWEVER, I love this CD and am having more fun with it than the stand alone State of Trance 2010. I begins with nice ambience and a voice talking about falling into the rabbit hole and the ten commandments of dance. Then, it blasts through 80 plus songs measuring between one minute to two minutes. Trust me this is mixed so well you would never know. This CD just makes you feel good. initially i was a little bummed kuz i was expecting full tracks, not realizing this is a series of great songs in compilation ranging from 30 seconds to 2min at a time, because of this the pace moves quick, and certain songs u love evade u too quickly as where other u may not be enticed by evade u equally fast. so overall its a trippy cool mix.

This has a lot of songs, but the bad part is each song is about 90 seconds. If you want a wonderful mix and hear a lot of songs, this is for you!
