Summary: mis romances de luis miguel 2008-01-02
Comment: Mis romances is without a doubt the best compilation of boleros that luis miguel has done up to this point. That is not taking anything away from his other three albums that were solely boleros, those being "romance", "segundo romance", and "romances". It's just the fact that Luis's voice is at it's best ever in my opinion. The song selection is not bad either, ranging from an upbeat version of the Julio Iglesias hit "amor,amor" to the heart wrenching " al que me siga" which finishes off the cd with a passionate flare that has made Luismi famous over the years. A definate buy for fans of his music or anyone who has yet to experience his talent.

Comment: I met a woman, an extremeley beautiful and vibrant woman. and it was she who introduced me to the wide world of luis miguel. damn her to go to hell.!!!! i fell in love with her and i think she fell in love with me. everything about her is so new. im in elementary once again and having a mad crush on the girl with the curly hair, in the first row. god help me.luis miguel i hate you. i hate you to the core. and i hope you continue to destroy young hearts like ours. you brought love back. back where it belonged in the first place.

Summary: The best romances ever! The other 3 donot compare!5 stars 2003-11-20
Comment: This album is the best out of all the Romances collection. The first two albums are probably more popular,but fans need to hear this one. His voice has matured and the musicians in this album sound better than the Los Angeles and London philharmonic orchestra. Fans need to buy this c.d. and play it over there entire home. The first song "que sabes tu" is unbeliveable.It's a breathtaking song."Amor" is the best pop song he has done his entire career. I hope he plays this song indefinatly in concert."perfidida" composed romanticcally. This album is 5 stars and 5 more. This album establishes Luis Miguel as the artist of our time. No one can come near him. Marco Antonio Solis,Enrique Inglesias, Julio Iglesias and ricky martin will never come near him in talent.

Comment: Luis Miguel es sencillamente un artista de excelencia. Ha llegado al punto exacto de madurez. Sin dejar las baladas pop, ha marcado un sello en la música latina. Even if you dont understand spanish, but you like ballads, you should have this CD.
A mi modo de ver, él debió haber incluido algunos temas mas movidos en este disco, pero creo que el título no lo merecía así.Es un disco profundo, con mucho , pero mucho romanticismo, como para escucharlo en una cena con velas :-)

Summary: Great song selection ,nothing new. 2002-10-21
Comment: The song selection was great. The voice great. But the cd as a whole was not that good. If you are familiar with classics like amorcito corazon(I liked Pedro Infante's version better), Perfidia(this version was good), etc . This cd is worth it only if you have the extra $$ to spend. Its not bad but this cd could have been better. To sum it all up, as in a second review title, I would say this: " A Commercial Repackaged Bolero Cd".
