Broken cd cases, February 23, 2012

This producet arrived on time and was as stated on the website. It's cased wasn't cracked but other cds that I paid the full price for and were listed as new were cracked and the inside papers bent up and tore. Never again will I pay Amazon full price for a new cd. I could have bought a used copy and received the same thing. Horrible that I paid full price them cds came all tore up.
