This one took me some time! At first I hated this CD and thought "This just isn't Marco" In time I keep listeing and it's growing on me! Marco Antonio Solis is just the greatest composer singer ever! He has been my favorite singer for over 15 years! So I had to give this CD some time! If your a Marco fan buy this CD, It wonderful , the more you listen the more you will like it. It shows his great talent, And if you haven't heard him before! you are missing out! Thank you Marco Antonio Solis for all the wonderful music , for your magnificent voice:and for giving the credit to God!

A good album that could have been great...,

I agree with the 2 previous reviews, I've been a fan of MAS my enire life but Im going to be honest in my review... 9 new songs and 1 cover song make out this album and while it is good enough to stand on its own, you can easily tell that "En Total Plenitud" is missing something, it doesn't seem to have the "spark" that previous albums from MAS have had. Vocally, Marco is just like fine wine, he keeps getting better and better with age, he may be over 50 but his voice sounds better than ever. Musically, it has mainly the same orchestral formula that 2004's "Razon De Sobra" and 2006 "Trozos De Mi Alma 2" had (with a few musical exceptions), which is not a bad thing... the 'bad' thing is that this album doesn't have the powerful lyrics that we are used to hearing to carry the smooth musical arrangements, "Hay De Amores A Amores" is probably the only song that has that classic MAS sound and lyrics, while some of the other songs end up falling flat, especially "Te Me Olvidaste" and the...Read more
