Comment: 40 Aniversario - El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico has some of the best hits of all time of this orchestra, but we are waiting for ALL the real hits together in one CD (no hay cama pa' tanta gente, la eliminación de los feos, los zapatos de manacho, etc.)

Summary: The Best Of Salsa 2006-01-21
Comment: Just in case you don't know El Gran Combo is called the University of Salsa for a reason. If you never heard of El Gran Combo, then you have never danced to real Salsa. In their live anniversary CD you hear their old and new stuff but you can't tell which is which becuase it's all wonderful. They have lasted this long for a reason, you can sing with them, dance with them, and if you ever get a chance to see them live I implore you to go. You can hear the energy and the love they have for salsa in their live cd. I have played this CD to many and they always ask me who is this, and I just love introducing them for the first time, they all go back to buy 40 years of their Cds. I would recommend you do the same if you don't have a collection already. Actually I would recommend buying all of their anniversary CD's.

Comment: I JUST LOVE THIS CD , THE MUSIC MAKES YOU DANCE EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DANCE . BUT YOU WILL BE THE BEST JUDGE . SO BUY IT AND ENJOY IT.
