I purchased this item for one particular song that I was going to use in a fitness class. The rest of the music is good with fast merengues. The only thing I don't like is the interludes between songs and that oro solido starts all their songs with an intro that gets annoying after hearing it in one or two songs. Overall good product and the delivery from third party via amazon was fast.

Oro Solido is the best merengue band to ever come out of our fair city...NYC! Although merengue originated in Dominican Republic, these second generation dominicanos represent Dominicans, and Latinos, to the fullest! Raul Acosta is the energetic and charismatic frontman who spawned countless imitators who WISH they could do it like him. Oro Solido have not changed their sound much since 1994, but that is good because they are good at what they do. Fast paced, perico ripiao inspired urban merengue, incorporating many other facets of Latin music( namely salsa and reggaeton ) that is enjoyed as much in NY as it is in Santo Domingo! I give it 4 stars cuz...Read more
